We raise Brussels Griffons, Maltese, Morkies, Shiffons, Shih-Tzu, and Yorkies.
Morkies: Dutchess ( 5lb. maltese) + Jasper ( 3 1/2lb. yorkie) = Morkies.

Yorkies: Vanna (6lb. yorkie) + Jasper (3 1/2lb. yorkie) = Yorkies.

We raise our puppies in a healthy, clean and loving
environment. They have access to outside and fresh
air and room to run and play as they wish. They have
their own living quarters which are climate controlled.
Heaters for the winter and air conditioners in the summer.
Each is loved and cared for and also played with by
my son and myself.
At two weeks of age, we start the pup on a de-worming
schedule with a mild de-wormer, (nemex-2). Moms
pass worms to the young pups through their uterine-
lining. They can cause serious damage to a youngster
if left to mature.
The pups are de-wormed at 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and 4
weeks with the nemex-2. I skip week five and at the
sixth week I use Panacur for three days. At 6 weeks,
I give their first puppy shot (Ft. Dodge Puppy Shot).
Around week five we introduce Eukanuba
small bites for small breeds, sometimes I
add a Tbls. of canned food mixed with the
dry just to entice them to eat. Then when
they start eating I quit with the canned
food.
At about six weeks of age, after all the de- wormings and the first shot, I gradually
take Mom away (a little at a time).
When the pups are eating and doing
fine without Mom, you will be called
and arrangements made for you to
pick up your baby.

This puppy is healthy to the best of my Knowledge and ability. Your
Veterinarian, should examine this puppy (at your expense) within 72 hours of
this purchase. Failure to do so implies that you accept the puppy as is. If
the Veterinarian finds a life threatening health problem (due to the
genetics of the dog), you must in form us within 72 hrs. of purchase and
return the puppy with a written statement from the Veterinarian, as soon as
possible. We will then exchange the puppy if possible for another, or Refund
your purchase price. Seller is not responsible for any Vet bills the
purchaser might incur regarding the puppy.
Puppies are wormed at 2, 3, 4 and 6 weeks of age. Shots start at 6-weeks
of age and then 9-weeks, followed by 12-weeks. I suggest you talk with your
Vet. to complete your new puppy's protection against parasites and diseases.
All our dogs are registered with CKC and some are double registered with
both CKC and AKC. You will receive a Registration Application with your puppy,
that you will need to fill out and return to the Association in a timely manner.
This is necessary to get the Registration Certificate.
By both parties signing this contract, will make it a valid and binding Contract between Seller and Buyer.
